ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders within a 24 – 48 hour period, Monday to Friday.

Express orders receive priority handling and are typically dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends will be dispatched from the next business day.

Orders placed during a promotion, re-stocking or holiday period, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for processing.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders over 150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Package protection is optional, and available for both standard and express shipping services for an additional 5. Rest assured if anything should happen, we’ve got you covered!

SHIPPING DURING SALE PERIODS

During promotions, peak periods or public holidays, please allow between 2-5 additional business days for processing and handling. This is in addition to the shipping timeframe quoted at checkout.

SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS
