Barbie Kelly Doll - Diamond Fairy Kelly for Kids Play & Collectibles

When I got the doll, there was sticky stuff in her hair, like cake pieces. I'm not sure what it was. I rinced it out, but I try to buy things new and not used. If This was used, they should've made sure everything was good before they just sent it to Amazon.
