GrandMa loves her Barbies, this one is in a place of prominence right now, gazing upon me as we watch TV.My daughter does Irish Dancing and this was her favorite Christmas present. It is very beautiful...that being said it is not a doll to play with more for an older girl for a collection. I mean you could play with it, but it is almost too beautiful.My niece loved this.Before giving it away as a gift, I took the opportunity to have a close look at this Barbie collector doll and she was well-worth the price I paid. Her outfit was nicely made, good detail and color.My Irish Princess Granddaughter will like this.this Barbie is a beauty, her hair is a realistic auburn, porcelain skin, green eyes, she is so pretty. Her dress is very nice as well as it is made well. As a collector I was very pleased.Being and Irish lass, my daughter couldn't pass up getting a Barbie from Ireland. The details in this are very pretty, the color of the dress is very vibrant.....just like the colors found in the Emerald Isle.The barbie doll is dressed with typical Irish cloths and she is ginger to be a bit more Irish. My niece love her, although I do not think it will going to last too longI love this doll. I bought it as a birthday present for myself this year since I wanted one more Irish doll (also as I love the overall look of red hair and a pale complexion in general), and her overall appearance is individually stunning and also complements that of the Princess of Ireland beautifully, and vice versa. She comes wearing a beautiful green dress trimmed with white lace and golden trim, as well as gold straps on the bodice, along with tights, shoes and a sweet little tiara on her red gold hair. Her cherry red lips are stretched in a lovely smile and her eyes are bright blue. She also wears a lovely little golden bracelet on one arm, and holds the included Irish Red Setter (a lovely little extra) in the crook of the other. She comes with a display stand, on which she stands up dead straight which is brilliant.The box itself is also beautiful; it is the same classic green colour as her dress with the name of her native country printed diagonally on one side and also has some valuable information on the back, and the Certificate of Authenticity and passport are both very cool. The image on the inside is straight out of a fairy-tale, and put together, this Doll of the World and the Princess of Ireland both look like they came out of a fairy-tale and I just love everything that's green and gold and Celtic. I am very happy with this purchase; it came in brand new condition and in very good time at a reasonable price for its great quality and attention to detail. Thank you Amazon.this was a present to myself. one of my kids is going through a barbie phase and this one caught my eye while doing my early christmas online shopping. from ireland myself, i thought she would look lovely under the tree this year. i was right. the colouring, hair, dress and general detail is just gorgeous. however she will be remaining in the box. wouldn't class this product as a toy.I bought this for my 9 yo, and it was probably her favourite Christmas gift. The doll is high-quality and very lovely. For the price, it's probably best as a collectible rather than a toy, but I let my daughter choose. She plays with it a little but prefers to display it in a safe location. I would recommend it to any Barbie doll lover.This doll (as a collector or not)is simply beautiful.....green eyes,red hair....think these dolls are my new addiction!!!!Beautiful Irish Barbie, became a favourite with my daughter - she collects redheads!
